At HABILE., eating well and dressing well come from the same mindset: thinking in terms of what is useful, lasting, ecological and human — without ever forgetting pleasure. These are not slogans, it's how we have worked from day one.

In the kitchen

Local produce, exceptional producers. We cook with seasonal ingredients, sourced from producers we know personally, whose work we can talk about. Traceability isn't a constraint — it's where the story begins.
The sea, with respect. HABILE. is proud to have joined the Ethic Ocean label — an association dedicated to preserving the oceans and their resources.
Natural wine. A cellar of around 300 natural and biodynamic references: winemakers who respect the land as much as we respect the plate.

Built to last. A permanent collection, never discounted, in limited runs — the opposite of throwaway fashion.
Natural materials, made close to home. Made in France and made in Portugal, knitwear knitted by Saint James. Our ambition is to consume less, but better.
Textile responsibility. HABILE. takes part in the textile recycling sector (eco-organisation Refashion), so that our pieces have a second life rather than an end.

Our conviction

The long game, always. A place we imagined, drew and built with our own hands, so it ages well — like our dishes and our clothes.

HABILE recycles its waste with Les Alchimistes. This young social and solidarity economy company is dedicated to collecting food waste, producing and distributing compost.
