- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- It is redeemed in a single visit: if the bill is lower than the voucher amount, the difference is not refunded.
- The recipient's name is indicative — the voucher remains transferable and may be given to someone else.
- A gift voucher is a multi-purpose voucher: no VAT is collected at the time of purchase.
