HABILE is a restaurant with its own clothing brand — but above all, it's a place to live. Somewhere to spend time, enjoy yourself and dream of a better world. Food and fashion are the two most polluting industries on the planet. Eric and I know full well that we can't change everything. A bit like Pierre Rabhi's little hummingbird, we try to "do our part" by approaching things a little differently.
When we met Lindsey Tramuta, journalist and author, we immediately realised we had an enormous amount in common. A love of wholesome food, sourcing, producers committed to quality, and a genuine curiosity for an alternative world. Every time we got together, it turned into a fascinating flurry of ideas. The urge to organise talks on everyday subjects had been on our minds for a long time. So, with Lindsey, we decided to take the plunge. Rest assured — there will be no politics, ecological disaster or pandemic. These gatherings are 100% Feel Good. Our wish is to share ideas and convictions that will help us, we hope, to live more happily together.

Over a coffee and a cookie, we can't wait to welcome you once a month for an hour of positive exchange.
Because our participants come from all over the world, our talks will be in English.
We're launching this first edition around the theme of food — and in particular the products, big and small, that make it up: What's behind what we eat?
To help us explore this enigmatic subject, we are proud to welcome Khanh-Ly Huynh, Chef and owner of The Hood and Nonette, Sarah Ben Radane, Founder of Kaïa, and Samuel Nahon, Co-Founder of Terroirs d'Avenir.

A look back in pictures at this wonderful moment shared with you:
Can't wait to welcome you for the next edition, scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th.
