Time Out says: Under the same roof of this 10th-arrondissement boutique, clothing racks and bistro plates!

Between knitwear and cuisine, Camille Andrieux (a trained stylist who worked at Marc Jacobs) and Eric Fontanini (former head chef at the Palais-Royal) couldn't quite choose! And so this tailor-slash-canteen was born — a surprising blend of "a restaurant with its own clothing line and a clothing line with its own restaurant", as the lovebirds' slogan goes.

The result is an elegant two-floor spot, with, on the ground floor, an emerald zellige counter where you rub elbows, a few tables dotted here and there, and natural wines in four colours parading across immaculate walls — white L'Effrontée by Simon Gastrein (€49), red Hey Gamin! by François Saint-Lô (€52), orange Callisto from domaine Stella Nova (€48), rosé Toutes les mêmes from domaine Einhart (€45)… And on the first floor, unisex pieces from the Habile brand designed by Camille, for yourself and your plus-one, with a soft spot for workwear blue aimed at the white-collar crowd.

In the kitchen, the plates are carefully crafted with precise cooking — take this pâté en croûte Chiraquian-style poultry, duck foie gras, celeriac and hazelnuts (€16), beautifully pearlescent hand-dived scallops over mashed potato and wilted leek (€27), or a comforting vanilla rice pudding with Sénancole estate olive oil (€10). Worth noting too: the sourced-ingredient breakfasts — house brioche perdue with salted butter caramel (€10), farmhouse fromage blanc from Fontaine farm in Normandy, granola and pan-fried pear (€11), chocolate cookie made with Annie Bertin's organic wheat flour, pecans and hazelnuts (€4).

One last tip: better to do your shopping with a clear head (so before the bar), unless you want to leave having blown the savings account on model-worthy pieces — jackets at €245, dungarees at €235… !
