From the very beginning of the HABILE. adventure, the driving force has always been sharing and the desire to change the world at our own scale. Five years ago, the Refettorio Paris reached out to us — and the connection was immediate.
This association, co-founded by Massimo Bottura, JR and JF Rial, creates culinary and artistic experiences of rare beauty for people in need. A remarkable team, many volunteers, and a shared conviction: the table as an act of generosity. Every evening spent at the Refettorio is etched in us forever.
One uniform, shared values
Their teams wear our blue overalls. That detail says it all. A shared uniform, a commitment to the same values, a way of making visible what unites us.
When Blandine, the head chef of the Refettorio, invited us to take part in JR's project, we were of course there. It is with genuine pride that we discovered the woven artwork unveiled in Venice — a family image that brings together all these individuals united around an extraordinary project.
