BY TEAM PAULETTE MODE 3 OCTOBER 2018 The days when the work jacket was out of fashion are long gone! Today, HABILE is reviving the bleu de travail — the workwear piece you feel good in and are proud to wear. It's at the Consulat de la Gaité that, from 3 to 5 October, this wardrobe staple will reclaim its rightful place. Through this five-piece collection, Éric Fontanini and Camille Andrieux set out to create clothes they couldn't find anywhere else and could be proud of — clothes that reflect who they are. That means a work jacket that is practical, comfortable and timeless, with modern lines for a result that is simple, beautiful and effective. What more could you ask for? Over these three days of exhibition at the Consulat de la Gaité, you'll find the full unisex, reversible collection, which aims to bring this history-laden piece back into the present. And to finish winning us over, there will be Éric's delicious 100% vegetarian recipes — created by someone who worked in gastronomy before embarking on the HABILE adventure! For this collection, the two creators collaborated with Imed Gharzouli, the celebrated illustrator, to create a contemporary symbol of craftsmanship. You'll find it inside the pieces or on the bandana. Craftsmanship, work, and effort are the fundamental values that brought Camille and Éric together around this project. For them, it's not just ready-to-wear, but more of a ready-to-do that should inspire us every day and accompany us in all our projects, with style and skill.
