Paris Vous Aime magazine: HABILE., a must-visit destination.

From the very beginning, our travels have shaped and breathed life into the DNA of our project. Cities like New York, London, Seoul and Los Angeles are full of atypical, hybrid spaces. We conceived HABILE as a blend of everything that surprised, inspired and sparked our imagination. If, standing at 16 rue de Lancry, you feel a little like you're in Brooklyn, Shoreditch or a corner of Silver Lake, then we've won our bet.

Speaking of travel, we're delighted to be featured in the new edition of the Aéroports de Paris magazine. What a privilege to be among the spring favourites of such an iconic publication!

The concept
HABILE is a place like no other.
On the ground floor, Eric's dishes flow in continuous service throughout the day — his bistronomic cooking is made with local produce, some of it from the family kitchen garden. You can enjoy his Norman trout, sorrel salsify and darphin potatoes (€24, or €34 on the set menu) even at 4 in the afternoon. Upstairs, Camille presents her collections of unisex clothing: reversible canvas jackets (€245), trousers, and sweaters (€255) knitted in Breton factories
belonging to the Saint James brand.

HABILE., the restaurant newly opened by Camille Andrieux and Eric Fontanini, is totally
