HABILE makes its entrance in the new edition of this iconic guide. Listed under the Wine Shop, Bar and Restaurant category, here is the description:
"Good produce and a lot of love": such is the motto of a dynamic new duo, passionate about food and drink, who have just taken over the premises of a wine shop in the 10th arrondissement, quietly slumbering beneath its bottles.
On one side, Eric, a chef who honed his skills alongside Michelin-starred names (Alain Ducasse and Guy Savoy); on the other, Camille, a stylist who plied her needle with fashion giants of the calibre of Marc Jacobs and the late Alexander McQueen.
Skilled with their hands, they offer a three-in-one space: a deli and wine shop, a bar-restaurant on the ground floor, and an ultra-colourful eco-conscious fashion boutique tucked away upstairs.
From 10 a.m., guests can enjoy an excellent Chinese green tea prepared by the lady of the house.
Food lovers will delight in hearty small plates (braised veal cheek with gnocchi, or conger eel and cuttlefish from Cap Ferret with peppers). Another great find to sip at any hour: bespoke cocktails, crafted in the house's signature style by the bartenders of one of the world's best cocktail bars, Little Red Door, located in the Marais. A place full of energy.
