The estate
Le domaine Milan Nestarec est situé en Moravie, dans le sud de la République tchèque, une région viticole aux confins de l'Autriche dont l'histoire remonte à l'Empire austro-hongrois. Okr est un vin orange, vinifié comme un rouge à partir de cépages blancs macérés — chardonnay, grüner veltliner, sauvignon blanc et gewurztraminer — un assemblage inhabituel qui traduit une viticulture peu conventionnelle. Ce millésime 2021 illustre le style texturé associé à cette méthode de macération, à découvrir sans les repères habituels des vins blancs classiques.
