365 days of meetings, surprises, adventure and challenge.
Let's take a look back at this year that we won't soon forget!
We obviously wanted to thank all the people who supported us, encouraged us and put us forward.
Fashionnetwork opened the ball by visiting our place in preview, a few days before the opening.
A few months later, Télérama described HABILE as "a multifaceted place where it is good to sit down in all simplicity".
Later, Le Figaro devoted an article to our toilets. The regulars know that the detour is mandatory and the selfie is a success.
A few days before our anniversary, the Louis Vuitton City guide honored us by listing us as a "vitamin-rich address" in the 10th arrondissement.
But this year also marked many parties, birthdays, corporate cocktail parties, weddings, openings and many others. Thank you for your trust. We loved organizing and celebrating all these events with you.
Since the opening, we had the chance to meet and collaborate with the Little Red Door. It was only natural that the Little team adopted our collection as their uniform. The creation of several unique cocktails followed. It is by joining forces that we created the Disco Brunch, a major event of these last months. With the Little Red Door dream team by our side, sky is the limit!
What a pride that in this first year, our chef Eric Fontanini received the title of Master Restaurateur, and that HABILE is recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France!
A few months ago, the Salon de l'Agriculture called on Eric to participate in a gastronomic demonstration. A phenomenal day.
But HABILE is above all our producers with whom we collaborate since the beginning of the adventure. Fish from Victor Lechaland, charcuterie from Louis Ospital, bread from the Julhès family, vegetables from Trouvailles et Terroirs, asparagus from Sylvain Erhardt, trout from Ferme Fontaine and vegetables and wheat from Annie Bertin.
We also have an emotional thought for the team that devotes an infinite amount of time and energy to the development of our vegetable garden that delights us all year long. And what can we say about these incredible olive oils from the South of France which are the success of Christophe the father of our HABILE family!
We raise our glasses to thank all the agents and winemakers who opened their doors to us. What a joy to have your bottles on the menu. Thank you to all of you!
The adventure has just begun and our belts are well fastened to get the moon. We look forward to the next few years. To infinity and beyond!
