After months of work, HABILE opened its doors on June 9, 2021. This place is ours, but most of all, it's yours.
365 days of meetings, surprises, adventures, and challenges.
Here's a look back at this year we won't forget anytime soon!
We obviously want to thank all the people who supported, encouraged, and highlighted us.
Fashionnetwork kicked off by visiting our space ahead of the opening.
A few months later, Télérama described HABILE as "a multi-faceted place where it's nice to sit down in all simplicity."
Later, Le Figaro dedicated an article to our toilets. Regulars know it's a must-see, and the selfie is a hit.
Just days before our anniversary, the Louis Vuitton City Guide honored us by listing us as "a must-see, vibrant address" in the 10th arrondissement.

But this year has also been marked by many evenings, birthdays, corporate cocktails, weddings, exhibitions, and many more. Thank you for your trust. We loved organizing and celebrating all these events with you.
From the opening, we had the chance to meet and collaborate with Little Red Door. It was only natural that the Little team adopted our collection as their uniform. The creation of several unique cocktails followed. It was by joining forces that we created the Disco Brunch, a major event in recent months. With the dream team from Little Red Door by our side, the sky's the limit!
What a pride it is that in our first year, our chef Eric Fontanini was awarded the title of Master Restaurateur, and that HABILE is recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France!
From the opening, we had the chance to meet and collaborate with Little Red Door. It was only natural that the Little team adopted our collection as their uniform. But HABILE is mainly about the producers we have been collaborating with since the beginning of this adventure. The fish from Victor Lechaland, the charcuterie from Louis Ospital, the bread from the Julhès family, the vegetables from Trouvailles and Terroirs, the asparagus from Sylvain Erhardt, the trout from the Ferme Fontaine, and the vegetables and wheat from Annie Bertin.
We also have a heartfelt thought for the team that dedicates endless energy and time to the development of our vegetable garden, which delights us all year round. And what can we say about these incredible olive oils from the South of France, which are the success of Christophe, the father of our HABILE family!
We raise our glasses to thank all the agents and winemakers who have opened their doors to us. What a joy it is to have your bottles on our menu. Thank you all!
The adventure is just beginning, and our seatbelts are tightly fastened as we aim for the moon. Here's to many more years to come. To infinity and beyond!
