Let the celebrations begin!
At HABILE., we've decided to celebrate the holidays before December 25th. And we've pulled out all the stops for this year's end. We start the festivities with a duck foie gras terrine with quince, cinnamon, and Bas-Armagnac, a Gravlax of trout from Viviers de Vatierville with potato waffles & chive cream, or even Lobster in radish broth, celery, squash, and tarragon. For the main course, a Pithiviers of potatoes, celery with truffle, and garlic cream will compete with our Stuffed Cabbage with pork, blood sausage, and apples, vice-champion of France 2024. To finish with a sweet touch, a cheesecake with grapefruit confit.
All of this can be enjoyed at 16 rue de Lancry, 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 11pm. Our restaurant will close its doors on Sunday, December 22nd, for the holidays. We will be back on Friday, January 10th, 2025.
