HABILE. a must-see place.
Since the beginning of the adventure, our travels have shaped and infused the DNA of our project. Many cities like New York, London, Seoul or Los Angeles are full of atypical and hybrid places. We designed HABILE as a mix of everything that has surprised us, made us dream and inspired us. If when you are at 16 rue de Lancry, you feel a bit like you are in Brooklyn, Shoreditch or in a corner of Silver Lake, it is because we have succeeded in our bet.
Speaking of travel, we are happy to join the new edition of the Aéroports de Paris magazine. How proud to be part of the selection of spring favorites of this emblematic magazine!
The concept
HABILE is a place like no other.
In the restaurant on the ground floor. Eric's dishes are served continuously throughout the day, his bistronomic cuisine is prepared with local products, some of which come from the family vegetable garden. You can taste, even at 4 p.m., his Norman trout, sorrel salsify and darphin potatoes (€24 or set menu: €34). Upstairs, Camille displays her collections of unisex clothing, reversible canvas jackets (€245), pants, sweaters (€255) knitted in the Breton factories of the Saint James brand.
Habile. restaurant newly opened by Camille Andrieux and Eric Fontanini, is totally unique in Paris. On the ground floor. Eric serves up his delicious bistronomic cuisine prepared with local products and produce from the family vegetable garden. You'll love his Norman trout, sorrel salsify and darphin potatoes (€24 or €34 on the fixed menu) any time of the day or evening. Upstairs, discover Camille's collection or unisex clothing, including reversible canvas jackets (245€), trousers, and glorious Saint-James sweaters (255€) hand-knit in Brittany.
