Unless you're living in a cave, you've definitely heard of our miso-gin eggs, a finalist in the 2024 egg mayo world championship. Don't worry, at HABILE we love women! Our miso-gin is a brilliant blend of miso made by our friend Hugo from my fermentation in our mayonnaise and bergamot aroma brought by the BB9 Gin in which our celery is infused. HABILE, right!

This iconic recipe is to Enjoy all day from 11am to 11pm, Tuesday to Saturday, at 16 rue de Lancry, 75010 Paris.
