TRUFFLE, A LITTLE, A LOT, MADLY!
The treasure of the season is, of course, truffle. A product beloved by our in-house chef who delights in sprinkling it on many dishes on the menu. A Croque-Monsieur with Bray cheese, Burgundy pig, brioche bread, and truffle is a great way to start. For the main course, the Pithiviers with potatoes, truffled celery, and roasted garlic cream can be enjoyed at any time. At HABILE, the menu changes every month to offer new dishes and keep up with the seasons.
