Monday was the annual meeting of the Culinary College at Ground Control. Obviously, we were there. Eric spent the day alongside our friends Daniel and Maria, our favorite Camargue fishermen. A great team that delighted many visitors with XXL clams and oysters.
As it's always better in groups, we met our favorites from Refettorio at the stands, who were making savory ice creams with olive oils from our Domaine. family. We also kissed our friend David Baroche and Seb Mayol (the king of egg mayo at Asom). In short, a good day with friends!
