Our Miso-Gin Egg is back! After a notable appearance on Quotidien, many of you asked for it. Finalist in the 2023 ASOM World Championship, our egg comes with a mayonnaise made with Parisian miso from our friends at My Fermentation and gin from our partners at Bear Brothers. A blend of provocation and indulgence to be enjoyed from Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 11pm, with continuous service at HABILE, 16 Rue de Lancry, Paris 10.
